The Northern Shenandoah Valley Substance Use Coalition (NSVSUC) supports the Specialty Dockets of the Shenandoah Valley.
Specialty dockets operate within the court system to offer an alternative pathway for individuals in the criminal justice system who are engaged with substance use and mental health. These programs reduce recidivism, promote long-term recovery, and strengthen the health and safety of our community.

Northwest Regional Adult Recovery Court (NRARC)
Serving the localities of Winchester-Frederick-Clarke. Participants must have been charged with a non-violent felony charge, must request to participate in the program and be approved for entry by the Commonwealth Attorney.
Warren County Adult Recovery Court (WCARC)
Serving Warren County and the Town of Front Royal. Participants must have been charged with a non-violent felony charge, must request to participate in the program and be approved for entry by the Commonwealth Attorney.
Shenandoah County Adult Recovery Court (SCARC)
Serving the County of Shenandoah. Participants must have been charged with a non-violent felony charge, must request to participate in the program and be approved for entry by the Commonwealth Attorney.
Northwest Regional Adult Behavioral Health Docket (NRABHD)
Serving the localities of Winchester-Frederick-Clarke. Participants must have been charged with a misdemeanor charge, have a primary diagnosis of a serious mental health illness and be approved for entry by the Commonwealth Attorney.
