Jennifer “Jenna” Barsotti joined the NSVSUC in June, 2020 taking on the role of Recovery Program Coordinator, moving into her current role as the Shenandoah County Adult Recovery Court Coordinator in October, 2023. Jenna brings an extensive background working within the field of recovery, holding several related positions since 2013 to include inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, detox, and court services. Jenna earned her bachelors in Geographical Sciences with a focus on Economic Geography with a minor in Latino Studies and US/Latin American Relations and enjoyed a volunteer commitment with AmeriCorps for two years after college.

Jenna is passionate about community, believes in second chances, and takes great pride in advocating for others. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys quiet evenings with a book, her partner, and her three cats – who often insist on being a part of every meeting, meal, and page turn. Jenna brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and adaptability to everything she does.
